Economy Tenderiser is a manually operated meat tenderiser designed for tenderising boneless meat in a primal form.The benefit of tenderising in a primal form with a swivelling board means the needles rarely pierce the same hole.This means when the meat is sliced it is almost impossible to see that the meat has been tenderised.
