Talsa H31 Sausage Filler

The Talsa H31 sausage filler is an all stainless steel sausage stuffing machine capable of holding upto 28kg of meat at any one time. The sausage machine has been engineered to cope with the densest or coldest of mixtures due its high pressure hydraulic group. The H31 sausage stuffer has an independent oil reservoir and is fitted with a speed control knob near to the operator to allow precise adjustment. When the knee lever is released this causes instant piston decompression and stops the product flow immediately, unlike other sausage fillers where the pressure is still kept in the piston and sausage leak is common. The comfortable knee lever of the sausage filler allows the user to keep his hand free during the operation of the filler. The H31 sausage filler runs from a 3=phase electric supply and the piston plate is double sealed, with the seals being easy to remove. The sausage filler can be easily manouvered around due to its well placed wheels and handles. The wheels are placed right on the corner of the sausage filler, unlike some other sausage fillers where when tilted for moving the bottom of the filler drags on the floor. The sausage filler can be cleaned and maintained with ease due to it being dismantled quickly and without effort. As standard the machine comes with three nozzles that are 12, 20 & 30mm in diameter. The lid of the sausage filler is locked into place simply by swinging the lid into position, there is no need to tighten any locking nuts! The sausage stuffer has a pressure gauge on the outside of the sausage filler which allows the operator to easily preset the sausage fillers pressure.
